What if I don’t know if my jewelry is real?
Gold Event Pro’s buyers are well trained and will test your gold in front of you. They will use a variety of tools to determine the karat content.
How do you determine what I’ll be paid?
Your items will be tested for karat content and weighed. Then we calculate your price using that day’s closing price for gold/silver/platinum. There is never any pressure to sell your items. You can sell them, or walk away.
What happens to the stones in my jewelry?
We have tools to remove the stones from your jewelry. All items are weighed without the stones. We give the stones back to you. We do not purchase gemstones.
Can I get my jewelry back if I change my mind?
No, at the end of the day, we melt down the gold/silver/platinum.
Is this legal?
Yes, it is absolutely legal and we comply with all state and local authorities.
